Download and Install Prilink Report:

• Step 1: If you have installed a previous version of Prilink Report, uninstall it using Control Panel Add/Remove Programs (ensure that the program you select for removal is named “Prilink Report”. ** Do not uninstall PrilinkII software **).
• Step 2: Download and run the installer - preport-1.2.2-win32.exe
• Step 3: Depending on the version of PrilinkII you are running, download one of the following zip files and extract reAuto.bat to your C:\prilinkii directory:
  • Use this version if running PrilinkII version 7.6 or later.
  • Use this version if running PrilinkII version 5.x to 7.5x.
• Step 4: For automatic daily reports, download the zip file below and extract dAuto.bat to your C:\prilinkii directory:
  • Use this version if running PrilinkII version 7.63 or later
  • (This feature is not supported for versions of PrilinkII older than 7.63.)

Run Report (Manual):

• Step 1: Start PrilinkII software and connect to your site.
• Step 2: Select Report from the Main Menu bar, and choose your site.
• Step 3: Select a date range for the report, and select yes for all three report options.
• Step 4: Hit OK.

Once completed, the report is saved under C:\prilinkii\report.pdf.

Setup Automatic Daily Report:

This feature requires PrilinkII version 7.63 or later.

• Step 1: Start PrilinkII software, but do not connect to your site.
• Step 2: Select Connect from the Main Menu bar, highlight your site row and hit Edit.
• Step 3: Check Enable for Auto File Download, and schedule a time for daily download by setting an hour and minute value (note that the PrilinkII application must be running when the scheduled time arrives for download to take place).
• Step 4: Check one or more of Internal#, Route, Group, CDR, T/E1, D-Ch, and Alarm, to specify what types of data are to be included in the report (if unsure, check all types).
• Step 5: Hit OK.

Once the download time arrives, the report will be created and saved under

   C:\prilinkii\autoDL\siteRepyyyymmdd.pdf

where site is your site number and yyyymmdd is the date. Note again that the PrilinkII application must be running when the download time arrives.
